At Bute Lodge, we believe Freemasonry is about more than just meetings and ceremonies. It’s about friendship, support, and a shared sense of purpose. That’s why we’ve launched Bute Night, a relaxed monthly gathering where members and anyone interested in Freemasonry can come together in an informal setting.

The First Bute Night: A Memorable Experience

We recently held our pilot Bute Night to see how the idea would take shape. It turned out to be a fantastic evening filled with laughter and great conversation. We enjoyed a few drinks and shared stories from our lives. We talked about what first inspired us to join Freemasonry and swapped experiences of learning rituals and preparing for different roles within the lodge. Above all, it was simply an opportunity to unwind together and enjoy good company without any pressure or formality.

Starting in September, Bute Night will become a regular fixture on the first Tuesday of every month. Whether you’re already a Freemason or you’ve just been curious about what it’s all about, you’d be very welcome to come along. There are no expectations—just a friendly atmosphere and a chance to see what our community is like.
